Goals of JSC AFPK Zhlobinsky Meat-Processing Plant in the field of quality and safety of food products for 2024
- Ensuring the operability, effectiveness and continuous improvement of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015 and the food safety management system based on the analysis of critical control points in accordance with STB 1470-2012 through 100% implementation of the plan for updating the QMS and HACCP documentation.
- Increase production volumes by 104.5% compared to last year’s level.
- Conclude at least fifty foreign trade contracts with counterparties for the supply of products.
- Achieve a sales profitability level of 6.1%.
- Develop technological documentation for at least 5 types of products (cooked meat and broiler chicken sausages, dry-smoked and dry-cured sausages, cooked-smoked sausages, semi-finished meat and meat-and-bone products).
- Conduct at least 18 internal audits of management systems.
- Fulfill the development and production plan for 2024 by at least 90%.
- Fulfill the schedule plan for training, retraining and advanced training of personnel for 2024 by at least 95%.
- Increase investments in fixed assets by 105.8% compared to last year’s level.
- Achieve an energy saving indicator of at least minus 3.2%.
